Kacey Evans is a pianist and singer in Seattle, WA. He has a jazz sound, a low voice, a smart mouth, and a very large and diverse repertoire. He has been the house pianist at Daniel’s Broiler in Seattle since 2012.
He grew up in Aberdeen and attended high school in Puyallup. He began his career at 19 with Carnival Cruise Lines, playing in and later leading shipboard orchestras. He spent a few years in Las Vegas and Southern California working as a freelance keyboardist, accompanist, and arranger. He returned to the Seattle area in 2003, working as a sideman in several bands and travelling for gigs in Hong Kong, Dubai, and the Pacific Northwest. In 2006 he began performing in the Dueling Pianos format, with extended engagements at 88 Keys (Seattle), Chopstix (Tacoma), and Piano Bash at Munchbar (Bellevue).
